REFUND POLICY
How do I return an item for Exchange or a Refund?
We do hope you are delighted with your recent Beechmore Books purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can choose to exchange it for an alternative item or receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment.
Returns Process
• Please email info@beechmore-books.com and inform the team of your desire to either return or request an exchange
• The team will then initiate a return label which will be sent to the email address used for purchase.
• Following instructions in the email, please print the return label - handle all items with care - and repack your items securely using the original packaging provided or a sensible alternative. The return label must be visible on the exterior of the packaging for it to be processed for return. Your items must be unused and in perfect condition.

Additional Notes
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition.
• Allow up to seven days for your return/exchange to be processed. This may be delayed during busy periods.
• Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
• This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
